Ten Lifestyles is a Movement focused training organisation run by Marty. After years in the fitness industry, Marty discovered a need for a training style that would simply support movements undertaken on a daily basis and to prevent injuries before they arise.
Through Ten Lifestyles, Marty has developed a Functional Movement training philosophy incorporating Fascial and Myofascial release, that focuses on strengthening the body to aid everyday movement and prevent injury.
Ten Lifestyles is proud to make Functional Movement training approachable. Marty is a passionate coach with the ultimate goal to inspire people to move with purpose, without pain, in their everyday life.
